Jewish Premarital Workshop
Therapist-facilitated group workshops for engaged and dating Jewish & interfaith couples looking for a space to have intentional dialogue before committing to the next chapter.
Winter Workshop
February 9, 2025
Are you looking to strengthen your relationship and ensure you have a solid foundation before taking the next step in your relationship? When you talk about the future with your partner, do you feel mostly in sync but want to feel certain that you’re on the same page? Are you hoping to meet other couples having the same conversations?
The Jewish Premarital Workshop is a full-day, therapist-led, in-person program designed to help Jewish & interfaith couples like you explore your relationship strengths and set yourselves up for long-term success.
The focused nature of this intensive workshop means you can make significant progress in just one day. The tools you learn and discussions you begin will set you up for additional conversations in the weeks and years to come.
Research shows us that premarital counseling is associated with higher levels of relationship satisfaction and longevity. By doing this important work, the hope is that you’ll feel more secure in the partnership you’re building, knowing that you’re better equipped with the skills to face anything that comes your way!
Why not start this new chapter as the best you two can be?
Registration will be closed on January 26 or once capacity is reached.

FAQ
-
This is completely up to you! If you’re struggling with recurring bumps in your communication or disagree consistently on topics like finances, parenting, or lifestyle, premarital therapy sessions might be the better fit for you. Learn more about premarital therapy here.
If you and your partner typically feel aligned and are interested in finding a space to have these intentional conversations without the weekly commitment, this workshop might be a great fit! Exploring these topics in a group setting is also a unique opportunity to hear diverse perspectives, share experiences, and connect with others who are on the same journey.
-
The majority of the discussions about your relationship will happen in breakout groups of just you and your partner. Group conversation will not center around what you and your partner discuss, and in those spaces you are welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like.
-
You can identify with your Judaism in any kind of way!
There will be a discussion session around the ways you want to integrate Judaism (and/or any other faith/spiritual practice) into your relationship, but there are no specifications into how that should look.
